The Collective Exhale is a group experience designed to bring people into deeper connection — with themselves, with one another, and with the moment.

Blending breathwork, sound healing, gentle movement, and spoken storytelling, this offering supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and inner calm. It’s ideal as an opening ritual, a mid-retreat reset, or a closing ceremony that anchors transformation.

Whether you’re guiding a retreat, facilitating a corporate offsite, or hosting a community gathering, this session meets your group exactly where they are — and gives them space to breathe.

What’s Included?

Each experience is tailored based on the group’s size, setting, and intention, but may include:

  • Guided breathwork to regulate, calm, or energise

  • Tibetan sound bowl immersion to ground and clear

  • Yin-inspired stillness or intuitive movement

  • Spoken word, storytelling, and meditative guidance

  • Optional journaling or silent reflection

  • Integration space with gentle music and closing ritual

Whether your group is new to these practices or deeply experienced, this session can be adjusted to meet them where they are — gently, intuitively, and with care.

Session Options

Standard Session (60–75 mins)
A complete session combining breath, sound and movement. Ideal for retreat mornings, evenings, or workplace wellbeing offerings.

Immersive Experience (90–120 mins)
A deep, ceremonial group journey for emotional release, collective slowing down, and integration.

Half-Day Integration (3–4 hrs)
A spacious, slow experience for deeper retreat integration. Combines guided breathwork, yin movement, therapeutic sound, storytelling, and journaling.

Full-Day Immersion (5–6 hrs)
A full nervous system reset day — perfect for retreats prioritising embodiment, rest, and nervous system education. Includes multiple guided sessions and reflective practice.

Multi-Day / Week-Long Retreat Support
Brad is available as a guest facilitator or co-host, offering:

  • Daily breathwork or sound-led rituals

  • Morning or evening nervous system resets

  • Group integration practices and storytelling

  • Optional 1:1 sound healing or breathwork for participants

  • Energetic co-holding throughout the retreat arc
