Our tingshas are handcrafted in Nepal using traditional methods and materials, shaped slowly by skilled artisans who honour centuries old Himalayan craft. Compact yet powerful, these instruments produce a clear, penetrating tone that cuts through space with precision and presence.
Traditionally used to mark the beginning and end of meditation, ritual, and ceremony, tingshas offer a moment of clarity and attention. Their sound is crisp, bright, and focused, making them ideal for grounding, transitions, and setting intention.
Simple to use and instantly responsive, tingshas are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. They are instruments of focus rather than volume, inviting stillness through clarity of sound.
